I rebooted and it is still named winc.old THis almost seemed to easy...everything I was reading about winc.dll seemed to be bad....should I do...
I located winc.dll and renamed it winc.old...it took even after I hit f5...I will reboot and see if AVG finds it again..I'll post back in a minute
I did a search for winc.dll.....I found it which shows as an application extension...but nothing else...Hard to work on since this pop screen...
