    Website does not open completely

    Are you using a router? If so, try bypassing the router and see if the websites display properly. If so, we can narrow the problem down some.

    Can't access another PC in the same workgroup

    Try installing the NWLink IPX/SPX/NetBIOS Compatible Transport Protocol. This helped me in the very same situation.
