Yes, the problem was Netscape.
My system is quite adequate; I'm not low on anything, 1.2 CPU, 512 Ram, when using IE and everything else my average is just 15 percent of CPU....
I downloaded and tried the new Netscape but I quickly uninstalled it because even though it's a vast improvement compared to previous versions it...
I had the same problem with a Maxtor HD, but all I had to do was return it to Maxtor for a new one, and they even sent me a bigger one in return....
