I think it's faulty Battery module I replaced the battery module and BEHOLD! everything came to life!, I believe the battery has a short in one...

Ohh ...you'll love this,.....i did method 2, and go to download IE6, and during "installing Components" i get a message box with a big white "X"...
ok..well when i run "sfc /scannow" it runs, asks to retry a few time (for the cd-rom) finishes up then .... that's it, doesn't ask me to reboot...
