    that actually makes sense i'm running an albatron nforce4 board... so then why would xp pro x64 see all 4 gigs? is it just the difference in OS?

    yes, all four gigs are recognized by my bios, i bought all 4 gigs at the same time in sets of 2. i installed the xp pro x 64 trial copy and all 4...
