    Charles, I didn't turn off SR. If I do, it will delete all restore points. What good would that do me if I can't get back to where I'm trying to...

    :mad: I've tried to use System Restore, the restore points are there, but it won't use any of them. Any ideas as to why? Thanks! Jay
