It depends... Sometimes it shuts immediately when i press the button, or sometimes it shuts down a few seconds after it reaches the screen....
I'm using the right disks...i tried both the reg xp pro disks and the sp1 xp pro disks.. I also tried my other cd rom drive..and that still...
if i take out the disk boot away from the boot up, it gives me the hal.dll msg... it doesnt seem like the boot disks thats causing it, b/c it...
