    how do i add a picture to background of a open folder

    i would like to have a picture as a background to a open folder instead of just the normal white background or even change the color instead of white.

    change the font color on a file name

    how can you change the font color on a file name (bottom of file icon).i found this feature on a older computer but not on the newer ones running...
