    cannot run "regsvr32 regwiz.dll"

    What is strange is that typing only "regsvr32 licdll.dll" (without the ".exe ") in the "run" box worked just fine. So why would it not work...

    Several posts in various Windows forums recommend running "regsvr32 regwiz.dll" before installing the XP Service Pack 1 if you have XPAntispy...
