one more question does can i delete that file or does that file allow me to open other files now

It wasnt the zip can you tell me was this a 32bit file
this program can only be installed on versions of windows designed for the following archectures x64
can onlly be on processor arcectures x 64

if i put media player it will try to play on my media player
because is saved and named it intrnet explorer my internet explorer button highlights
it saves it but wont open
when i open it and select properties
