Well I am sorry, but on my computer, information is not shown.
What I require to know is what Window 10 version is installed whether Creator 15063 or higher. System screen does not show any version installed.
Clicking Control Panel>System & Security>System displays what is installed, but not version of Windows.
Error is now solved. Screen did close but took several minutes to close down computer. Thanks for the responses appreciated.
