You don't need it. Most probably it was installed as a part of some other program. Uninstall it.
Your Win10 key would most probably stored with MS in cloud. Why don't you just install Win10 on a new drive & see ? I had also suffered a HDD...

The power supply in your computer seems to be suspect. Short of swapping it for another unit to test, I don't see any way out.

What's your OS ? Win 7 or Win 8 or Win10. The answer varies depending on your OS.

If you are using Malwarebytes Premium, then everything is ok. You don't need any other antivirus.
Try Del or F2.
Panda AV free plus Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (Premium). Works well for me & light on resources.
