Have you tried logging out of FB. Do a disc cleanup. Reboot the PC and then log back into FB and see what happens?

Should not matter. Any reason why you don't want to do one of the AV's now? If you did add your system details, you didn't save them.
Might be a dumb question, but you did shut down before doing the next one. Not just leave the AC plugged in and switch batteries.

If you are running 2 AV's which is what Avast and Panda are, that is a big no, no. Running 2 AV's at the same time will get you in more trouble...
Have you shut the Modem or Modem/Router down for about 15 seconds and then turn them back on? Try shutting everything down. Then do the Modem...
