Are you sending mail with the BCC option and want to know if someone received it?
In older versions - you select the backup option to backup and then close Outlook so that file isn't in use.
I'd guess that it uses maybe 30% less then if you're logged in and using the video card etc. Have you considered plugging the printer directly...

What is the make and model number of your video card? After the format - did you install the chiipset drivers etc for the mobo?
