downloading problem

    Please bear with me im new to this. I had to nstall new hard drive and after reloading win98se i cannot get any down loads. It will go thru all the motions but it will cut off about halfway. I am still connected to internet so that is not the problem.My browser is Aol , win98se and IE5. I tried the regedit solution already and that didnt work. It is still only letting me download halfway. Please if you know how to fix this it will be greatly appreciated. PS this is a fantastic forum!!!!!!!!!

    Sounds like an isp issue. What has your isp said about this?

    Havent been able to get thru to aol yet. Thankyou for replying. As soon as I can get through I will ask them. I had no idea it could have been aol. Sounds about right. Thank you again.
