Lost my recycling bin in XP

Where is the recycling bin in XP? Should there not be a desktop icon? I cannot find any reference to it anywhere! Where should I look for it?

Click on XP fixes and you will find just what you need to restore the bin

 

Since I've had XP several times I have accidental deleted my Recycle Bin but it's real simply to restore:

Right click Start / Select Explore all users / Scroll down
on the left side to the Recycle Bin / Right click, select Open / Right click on Recycle Bin and select "Restore ".

 

I 'found' it!
