BugBear B and AV Software

    The BugBear B wiped out my Grisoft AVG software. When I tried to reinstall the thing from the DOWNLOAD directory, the AVG file installed something called TagSmart, which appears to be a File editor and renamer for MPG files.

    Had to go back to Grisoft and get a new copy and then it reinstalled OK.

    When I tried to install the Norton 30 day trial, it got about halfway through the installation, then backed out. The error message was: Internal Errror 2902, ixoFileCopy

    I've tried several times, but the same problem recurs. That BugBear B is a real bear.
