Can not open add/remove programs

    We seem to be having a problem in my office when trying to open add/remove programs from the control panel. It is happening on our server as well as a client PC they are both running win2k. Anyone ever hear of or see this happen?

    No icon, the wrong icon, or the correct icon is there and just won't respond?

    Correct Icon just nothing happens when you click on it.
