windows 2000 allows you to hide, deactivate, or restrict programs (removing the run button from the start menu) from the registry. How do I hide the control panel, printers and my computer on the start menu. I can do it in win2000 but not xp pro. thanks in advance

Click Start, right click on the blank bar, select properties. Click Customize, Advanced tab. It's all there.
