Since I have a DSL connection I never need to dial-up (unless I`m away from home).
However, if I select 'Never dial a connection' under 'Internet options/connections' every time I reboot, this gets reset to 'Dial only when a network connection is not present'

How can I make my selection (Never dial-up..) stick? Presumably, if I remove my dial-up connections in the window in the 'connections' tab this would do the trick, but would this mean that I would have to re-create them when I do need dial-up?

This is happening on one of my desktop machines and I don't know yet what caused it to happen suddenly. I'm looking, though.
