I need help

    On all of my icons, for shortcuts, there is a "x" on it. What is it and how do I get rid of it?

    X's? or O's?

    I think we'll be needing a little more info....what happens when you click on them? Did they appear that way after bootup or while surfing or what? It wood be nice to know what build of winders you have. You can Right-click on "My Computer" then Left-click on "properties" to view the build info.<scratches head> never heard of what you're describin.:confused:

    When I rebooted it, the "x "s were gone. Thanks for the help anyway. :)
