McAfee E-policy Orchestrator

Is anyone familiar with McAfee E-policy Orchestrator? I use this to administer our firms AV software. It is a terrible piece of software that replaced Management Edition. It doesnt work, it wont report what it is doing and won't report any errors.

McAfee used to have a forum for users of this stuff, but it seems to have disappeared. I suppose they had too many complaints.

My questions are:

Does anyone know the whereabouts of the McAfee epo user forum?

&

Can anyone tell me why I cannot get the Mirror task to work?
