    Hello Gasolene,

If you have ZA PRO: bring ZAP up and > Program Control > Programs tab, then click on the entry you're writing about. In the bottom Pane labeled "entry detail ", it will tell you:

Product name - File name - Verson - Created date - File size

Its been so long that I've used ZA free, don't know if this info is available on ZA free.

Download SpyBot from here http://spybot.safer-networking.de/ After install, do the online update and READ the help files before using. It will backup anything you delete.

The SSD Forum here http://www.net-integration.net/cgi-bin/forums/ikonboard.cgi under PepiMike software

what version number are you using?

i believe the problem you describe is a known issue that was resolved with the release of v3.7.

if you are earlier than that, suggest that you upgrade.

edit in: a lot of the users having this problem are running 3.5.169.002

    zonealarm is 3.5.166

are you saying that ZA is causing these, and not a trojan?

    Hi Gasolene,

    For FYI,

Just installed ZAP v4.0: added is rule making options such as Sygate and Kerio have.

So IP's and ports can now be specifically blocked.
