When I open email replies from one particluar person, the text of their reply does not get displayed. The only text that shows is my original message. Their reply text also does not display in the preview pane. However, I know their reply text is there because it does show up in AutoPreview (which shows the first 3 lines of an email).
Oddly enough, if I reply to their reply, and then reopen their reply, then the text of their reply shows up. Any suggestions as to how I could fix this?
    Thanks.

Strangely enough, I accidentally solved this problem while working on another. The answer can be found in the January 23, 2003 thread called "Outlook 2000 Cannot send attachments" on the "Other Internet Software Forum." In short, the message format must be changed to HTML or plain text rather than Rich Text.
