Can't open attachments outlook express 6

I know there is a simple fix for this glitch but I can't remember it. I seem to remember it involved unchecking something, can't remember where.

Click tools>options>security. Uncheck the line that says do not allow attachments........

 

Problem is that when I go to tools-security I have no box there to uncheck. I guess now I need to know how to get box back to uncheck!

The attachments to E-Mail are listed but tey are faded out, dimmed, etc. The message state "deleted dangerous attachment ", etc.

What do you see under the Security tab? You are looking under OE's security tab and not IE's?

 

Yep I was looking at the wrong tab... It's fixed thanks.
