I'm installing a 3com ethernet card to my Toshiba satellite 210CT. It has W95b. I bought it used and didn't get a driver cd. I downloaded the correct version off the web. and tried to install it. in the device Manager it is highlighted to not working properly. It is the only pcmcia card and I can't do much in bios, cos of toshibas crappy BIOS-version. What to do?

In Device Manager, highlight it and click on Remove.

When you reboot it should be detected and installed properly.
