    PHILIP,

If I understand what you are describing, the folder highlighted in yellow means that it is a newly installed program. Anytime you install a new program, XP highlights the folder in yellow to show you where the new folder is.

Did you recently upgrade incredimail? I have seen that happen sometimes; the program has already been install, but after upgrading, XP thinks it's new.

If you don't want it to do this, right click on the taskbar and then on properties. Click on start menu, customize and then on the advanced tab. Uncheck the line that says highlight newly installed programs.

Interestingly this feature does not appear to be available when using the Classic Windows Interface.

    Hi Phil,

I was just making a general comment :)

PS - a polite word in your ear - ditch the Caps Lock - Caps are considered 'shouting' on the board - and are much more difficult to read.
