This has been going on for a couple of months and is intermittent. I am running WinXP with all updates and IE6 with all updates. After reaching a website and clicking on a couple of links, IE stalls. The progress bar slowly travels to the right and after 10 or 15 minutes just stops. This is on almost every website, but not all. It seems that it has to do with secure websites. I have tried every setting and turned off the following with no change: ZoneAlarm, CookiePal and PopUpStopper. I know that this is only on my personnal computer as I have 4 or 5 other computers here and I don't have the problem with them. I am on Cable Modem and a SpeedStream router. Any assistance would be greatly appreceiated. Thanks

Add my name to the list of those having trouble with links, drop down boxes, etc in IE 6 (Using Windows XP Pro). I think the "fix" of creating a new user profile may work (so far so good), but is there no way to fix the orginal profile (Norton Utils? Using Repair off the Windows XP install disk etc). BTW, I did check out the suggested links and except for the user profile fix, nothing else seemed to apply. Thanks for your help. You provide a great service! :)
