My computer crashed and when I got things going again Outlook Express will not open. It says: Outlook Express could not be started because MSOERES.DLL cannot be found. Outlook Express may not be installed correctly. I have uninstalled OE and reinstalled but no go. What can I do? Thanks as always.

If you uninstalled OE through Control Panel\Add Remove and then installed, that wouldn't have installed OE 6 and it's files from IE 6 SP1. You will need to reinstall OE by going through the IE 6 SP1 install files. You may have a folder named C:\Windows Update Setup Files, you need to run Ie6setup.Exe in that folder, then choose Custom Install and put a check to Outlook Express.
