    tools/spybot

spybot was the culprit... but now that i have un-checked this option does that mean someone who wants to hack me can gain control through this option??

    Thank you Lonny :)

    Hi verdi

No, It just lets you control internet options for other users,
I dont know XP but I assume that could be done with native tools to.
even with it checked a user on our system(win ME) could just get to internet options through control panel..

    Have a good day
    Lonny
