usb help please help me

please someone help me out i installed a use thing in my computer and restarted it asks for the windows 2000 pro cd to complete instalation and i know since i diddnt have any usb ports before installed that i need to install the drivers so windows will install them and run any thing that goes into the usb ports if any one can tell me where to find the main windows 2000 pro usb drivers please tell me i dont have the cd cause it was lost in the move here and i know someone told me i could get the drivers off the internet but i dont know the drivers names so if anyone can help me find them or send them to me please let me know please this has been a problem for the last 5 months and now im sick of it and want the drivers thanks again with any help you can give
