I have a Access database which has a form that a user inputs information into the form. The information that is entered, gets stored into a table. When the user tries to print the form, the Pc locks up. The Pc is a win98 Pc, with Access 2000 SP3.
    What I've tried:
I've tried the access database and form on other Pc's running win2000, winXP and it works just fine.
Upgraded the printer drivers. Didn't help.
Upgraded Access to SP3. Didn't help.

    I need help.
    Bill...

I'm going to go a little off beat here and ask - have you yourself tried to print from the Windows 98 PC?

What I mean is, you've stated that you can print in Win2000 and WinXP, but that "a user" tried to print in Win98 and couldn't.

I'm just going with the simplest problem first, and that is that maybe the user isn't printing it correctly while you are. (Just a stab in the dark to get rid of the easy answers first.)

    found the solution...

There was a jpg logo within the database that was corrupted. after we deleted the logo the database worked on all systems. Can't explain why. But its fixed.
