Not sure if this is correct forum but hope someone can help. I have a Xerox Docuprint M750 printer and had no trouble with it for 2 years. My pc went in for repair so I had to put everything back on. I have ME and now when I print something, I get part print, but the very last line of anything does not print. I also get cannot connect to printer..please check cable connection etc, then when I try a few mins later it works fine. I downloaded a driver and installed that, but I just cannot get printer to print out the last line of anything. I was getting black symbols on page, but that seems to have stopped now. I also tried to view a page on Excel before printing, and it had 00's and symbols on it.

Am at wit's end here and would be gratelful if anyone can help. I contacted Xerox by telephone and they said they knew what problem was but because warranty was up, to get an answer I would have to pay £18!!!!! Being a Scot needless to say I refused.

    Regards

    Joan

I tried to give you a link but it was too long and wouldn't take.

Do a search for Xerox.com on google and look for support page. Might be some help there.

Thanks Train and Bill for replying.

Have checked usb etc and printer is printing now without symbols, but is still cutting off last line of tables and text on one sheet of paper. I have gone to Xerox site but can't find any solution to this problem. I am using Windows ME.

Have you tried uninstalling the printer from your printers folder?

After plug and play recognizes your printer and drivers are installed, do a head alignment/clean and print a test page and see if that looks ok.

Why did your PC go in for repair?

Bmoore1129 , They tell you here how you can link in a webpage like I just did. I use it to keep those huge address from breaking up and not working. UBB will do that, but using the ubb code for linking will stop that. Just in case. ;)
