    Aol

I personally wouldn't touch AOL with a ten foot pole.I couldn't agreee with you more. Unfortunatly my brother in law is 87 years old and is just beginning to learn how to use a computer.AOL came with the machine. Unfortunatly he is 100 miles away, and I can't do much on any on site way.

Settings > Preferences > Mail > Show Addresses as Hyperlinks

    ....

He can also get there by going to Keyword "Preferences" and then clicking Mail > Show Addresses as Hyperlinks

To quote a famous quoter: "AOL is a window, not a door" tho it might be good for ur BIL to use for a while. AOL everything starts here: http://www.aol.com/nethelp/ .
A little step up, usually accessible and pretty reliable for Windows Updates if BIL has a Windows OS (I have), is dwnload IE5.5SP2 (not buggy 6) off of: http://www.msn.com/ , check out their modifiable home page, then if your BrotherInLaw likes it so far, scroll down to "Windows Update ", click, and go from there for downloads/installs. Many other ISPs online, this could be a good start for $22 a month. I'm waiting to get SlAmMeD. .....;;;,.*^*.;;;.....

No one yell at me please, but I love AOL. Tell him to download 7.0. It is the first version of AOL that supports html e-mail.
