problems with the e-mail in my scanner

everytime that I send an e-mail with picture through my scanner applicattion, appears the e-mail from the former owner instead of mine e-mail, why?? and how I fix this problems....

Try uninstalling the scanner software and reinstalling it. The scanner software may have been registered to the previous owner when it was installed.

Also, change the registered name in your Windows Registry. To do this:

Click on Start, then Run. Type in "regedit" in the text box.
This will open the Windows Registry Editor.

Click the plus sign next to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE "
Then do the same for "SOFTWARE "
then "Microsoft" then "Windows "
Once you've expanded the "Windows" folder, this time click once on the folder for "Current Version" not the plus sign but the folder itself. In the right hand frame you will see a key titled "RegisteredOwner "
Double click this key. In the window that pops up, change it from the previous owners name to your name and click "OK "
Then close the Registry Editor. (You will also see your 25 digit product code in this right hand frame, in case you don't already have it. You will need it if you ever have to reinstall Windows)
