When saving a file XP shows a list of shortcuts in a panel on the left of the 'save as' dialogue - Recent, My Docs, etc.

Is it possible to add our own to this? I save files regularly to a few places that require lots of clicks, each time wishing that those shortcuts were a little more useful to me.

The same list is also in the 'look in' dialogue.

    Thanks

Thanks Steve but ... umm ... what does this mean? What does it have to do with the question?

It was a cryptic way of saying it has already been discussed.

The discussion relates only to Office programs. My question is about XP - I'm not trying to save Office files.

Tweak UI XP v2 has that feature already (run when logged in with admin rights).

Do a google search for ftarg140.exe and take a look at this freeware.

It does exactly what you are talking about through rightclick, although it took a little re reading for me to understand how to use it.

    Works great on XP pro.
