Registry Compactor

...lo all...i have a perplexing prob...i bought this little proggy from rose city...now on my p4 after several installs & closing windows proggies before i did..when i try to run it...it always shows this little splash screen..with the banner registry compactor...invalid file.name....now i run xp pro...have been in contact with tech support at infinni...they have someone else with the problem but so far they are stumped...now funny thing is...i also run a p3 with xp pro also off the same router as p4...the proggy ran in it fine...as does registry first aid 3.0...any suggestions would be appreciated...thx HC...

 

Yes, you definitely have a problem there.
Please post an image of the splash screen.

...well hello again all...i still have the same problem as above...i have learned how to paint though...however i cannot attach any files to the forum...cause i do not have that priviledge...reg compactor 1.1 is still a no go...& showing as an invalid file name on a small splash screen...when i install & run...any ideas on how to fix would be welcomed...|H|C|...

...lo Newt...hope you got my email...trying again...just dled the latest build for reg compactor...same result invalid filename...will try to email this page to you & also will add another paint of the invalid filename splashscreen...still no go on P4 running xp pro...HC...

 

I got it but had no idea what is was all about. Totally forgot about this thread. The post is at home and I'm at work but now I know what it is and where to go with it.
