    I'm using XP on a Dell Inspiron 8200 laptop. I have tried to load my old Genealogy program Ultimate Family Tree Platinum 1998 (no longer supported). It appeared to install okay but when I try to run it, I get the error. I tried to tell XP to do the compatibility thing with Windows 95 but nothing has worked. Where/what can I do to make it work? Thanks a bunch.:confused:

    Thank goodness! There is no better knowledge base on the net that is as good as the BBS and it's helpful people. I stumbled through the instructions twice before I typed everything in correctly but now it runs! :D :D :D Hearts and flowers! Thanks so much.
