    When I receive e-mails with attatchments on them, I cannot pull the attatchments up to look at. I keep getting a message that there is an error. Please help!!!

    In OE go to Tools, Options, Security Tab and uncheck "Do not allow attachments........... "

    I did that and it was already unchecked. Any other advice?

    Try a repair of IE and OE - see MS KB article 318378

    Run System file checker as per above article

    Start > Run > sfc /scannow - you may need your installation CD

    or, to reinstall :

    Start > Run > paste in

    rundll32.exe setupapi,InstallHinfSection DefaultInstall 132 %windir%\Inf\ie.inf
