    Hi all,

Does anyone know of any good software that really block most of the ads? I'm using IE6 and previously, I used Norton Internet Security and it's build in ads blocking function really works well. Unfortunately, it's hogging too much of my system resource and I'm looking for an alternative to it.

Also, does having a firewall makes a difference to my system?

    Hi
    No resources used at all.
This is a fully funtional version except limited to ten items to block
It will still stop 99% of the popups out there

If you would like to try AdShield 3.0 download our free trial version. This trial version is identical to the full version of AdShield, but only lets you add a ten items to the block list. Additionally, the Import and Export features have been disabled.

    REQUIREMENTS

Microsoft® Internet Explorer 5.01 or higher running on the Microsoft Windows® operating system...(more)
