    Hi, kreck ~

First thing is to please lay off the 'Caps Lock' button. That is the equivalent to yelling. ;)

After you click the 'Fonts' button, under 'Web page font', simply scroll down to 'Times New Roman', then click 'OK', then 'Apply' and 'OK'.

Thanks Bruce, but the problem is not solved..

    Hi, Kreck ~

Unless you are overriding web page fonts, this has no bearing.

In the 'Language script:' drop-down box, try 'Latin based' and/or 'User Defined'.

    Hi, Kreck ~

That was going to be my next suggestion was to examine the fonts in your font folder. Not all the fonts in the font folder will appear in the IE font cache. You apparently have a few more missing since there should be more there such as a the system fonts and the other common basic fonts.

You may want to replace or update your font folder.
