Tools/Internet Options

    When I am in my Internet Browser Page , I click on Tools, then on Internet Options.
    This operation has
    been cancelled due to restrictions on this computer. please contact system administrator.
    How did this happen? How do I correct it. Please help!

    Go to Start, Run, and type: regedit

    Navigate to:

    hkey_current_user/software/policies/microsoft/internet explorer/restrictions

    In the right pane, delete NoBrowserOptions.

    Or open spybot in advanced mode and then its immunixe page and uncheck lock IE control panel etc etc
