I need some help in installing the pinball game from my win95 plus CD to win 98 SE. I found the page in troubleshooting giving the instructions, however, when I right click the pinball.inf file and hit install, it does nothing. The win95 plus cd is in the drive and the inf file is pointing to drive D. If anyone can see what I am doing wrong, please help. Thanks.

Glad the pinball download from my site worked. Just to give credit where it is due, the file came to me from a friend's page at http://www.geocities.com/joeyr76/

Here's some additional information, from my email:

    Hi Doug,

Glad it's working for you. I was going to suggest fixing the shortcut, as it's a known issue. And it's just the background music that doesn't play if the shortcut isn't correct. If you want the shortcut on the START MENU to work, you must right-click on it, choose PROPERTIES, then add the following to START IN:

    "C:\PROGRAM FILES\PLUS!\PINBALL "

    Include the quotes.

    Enjoy the game!

    Joe

    A success but...

My Yamaha WMF724 sound card doesn't give it the OOMPH! it did when Win 95 was running on the exact SAME hardware! Pity!

Any sugestions on getting the most out of this synthesizer?
