Recently, whenever I try to use Windows Media Player, I get a message: MPLAYER2 caused an invalid page fault in module KERNEL32.DLL at 014fbff72970. This means now I can't use the Windows Media Player at all. I'd appreciate any help with this problem.

    Thanks,
    grandpa

Thanks, Daizy, for the tip, it certainly is applicable. I used the option of lowering the graphics acceleration rate, rather than download another device driver, and it works fine now.

This glitch is just another nail in the PC coffin for me. My next computer, to be bought soon, may well be a Macintosh!

    Thanks again,
    Grandpa :)

    Hiya grandpa
So happy to hear you got it sorted. I'd have leaned towards an updated driver myself, but I'm glad to hear you've got your problem sorted for now. :)
