I keep getting this message when I click on something highlighted as the above Posting Rules I can't read them because it gives me this message Exception EAccess Violation in Module Stoolbar. DLL at 000076B0 Access violation at address 00AC7C10 in module 'Stoolbar'. Read of address. In the upper blue part it says Application Error, then I have to restart my computer. It does this on all the web sites that I try to do research on such as medical, cards etc. I would appreciate any help, I am at my wits end, I want to read the Posting Rules an FAQ. This is my first time an I am new at this... Thank you, Betty

    Hi Betty

In reply to your direct email.

here is the link to HiJackThis

    http://www.lurkhere.com/~nicefiles/hijackthis193.zip

Unzip and run does not need installing.

Look for entries to do with Huntbar, Hotbar if any and Backweb.

Check these entries and remove them.

Let me know, I will be leaving in an hour or so and will be in and out for the rest of the afternoon.

    Mike
