When a new IE window is opened, it opens as a 'restored down' window of 1/2 to 1/4 the screen. How can the default be changed to have it open as a Max window, or a larger size 'restored down' window? Am running Win2000.

    chuckmg Hi

IE will remember 10 previous sizes,(I think) if we dont use the maximize button, drag to the size you want say near full screen
and file close or use the X button, ive also heard to hit the X while
    pressing ctrl.

Not sure what 'restored down' means

Might also check the IE icon in quick launch r/click on it properties,
    In the run slot>
Hay heres an option to have it open maximized, I had forgot about it...But useing links from there with result in what IE remembers as size..
