Blinking or flashing text

I know I saw a tool that will make text in my e-mail messages flash or blink, but I can't find it now. Can you help me find it?

You're sure it was a tool, not a complete app like Incredimail? Cause a tool would probably be dependent on the mail program (i.e. outlook or eudora would not use the same "tool ")...

Such a 'tool' would be an app.

IE is a browser - do you mean OE? There is nothing native to IE or OE that does such.

What do remember blinking - exactly? The e-mail 'From' & 'Subject' in the 'Inbox' window? Text in the e-mail body of a message just opening? Text of a message you are composing? Was this from text you recieved from someone?
