Most recently when I click Start, Help and Support, absolutely nothing happens. I tried rolling back to last week before Windows updates were downloaded but that doesn't fix the problem.

    Can anyone "help "? Thanx!

Do you use EasyCleaner to clean your registry? If so, it breaks the help function if you don't add it to the skip list. There's a reg file available here that will fix it.

Wow! thank you so much. It worked.

I don't use EasyCleaner, but this file fixed my Help feature anyway.

    You are terrific!

Glad to see you got it fixed. I was going to say that I'd give it a try even if I didn't use EasyCleaner (I'm sort of the adventurous type) but I decided against it as I wouldn't want to be the cause of more problems. Sometimes it pays to be adventurous. :)
