During the removal of the Q811493 I was prompted that if Q811493 is removed programs Internet explorer Q813489 and Outlook Express update Q330994 might not run properly. Is this be a false alarm? In the article on removing the Q811493 there was only Q814995 mentioned as a false alarm?
I am very concerned,Please respond ASAP.

That's a totally false alarm, which you can happily ignore!

It will lists anything you installed after you installed the patch, you probably installed the latest IE and OE patches which came out after Q811493.

    Removal of Q811493?

Would removing the IE Q813489, OE Q330994 and removing the "Q811493 ", then reinstalling the IE Q813489 and OE Q330994 be preferred or could this present problems?
    Concerned!

No, it will work fine by just removing 811493.
