restart Win98 in DOS mode??

    I don't mean to sound like a loser but how can I restart a Windows 98 machine in DOS mode so I can copy a file. What are the commands i would have to use to be able to do that?

    Shutdown.

    Turn back on. Begin to tap the F8 key repeatedly while booting, get windows startup menu, chose command prompt only!
